Gather your materials as best you can and call or email to set your drop-off appointment. We’ll create an estimate for you in our system, answer all your questions and ask you a few questions as well!

To keep our prices affordable and be as efficient as possible, we consult with our clients over the phone and have clients set an appointment to drop off. This allows us to review the project, ask and answer questions and create a formal estimate ahead of time; once the appointment time comes, the project is given to Sean or Andrea at the door without the client needing to come into the office. If a client needs to come into our office to review their materials then we can definitely accommodate that.

We don’t limit appointments and if you come without an appointment you can still speak with one of us at the door.

Shipping order to Digital Roots Studio - Please ship orders to our UPS Box, which is a few blocks up the street. We prefer all shipments go here, this way the packages won’t be left outside at our office after hours. If shipping a drive from Amazon, don’t choose AM delivery, since the contracted drivers may leave the package out prior to the UPS store opening.
